When a client chooses to have their home cleaned by Too Good Maids, they can expect a comprehensive and professional cleaning service that ensures a spotless and tidy living space. Too Good Maids offers the following residential services:

1. Standard Cleans: (weekly & bi-weekly rates)
Flat Rate: $100 up to 3 hours.
Flat Rate: $150 up to 5 hours

2. Monthly Rates:
Flat Rate: $125 for 3 hrs. Or less
Flat Rate: $200 up to 5 hours

3. Deep cleans, one-time cleans, move in/out and initial cleans (require 2 or more people):
2 cleaners-$60/hr
3 cleaners-$90/hr

4. Add-Ons:
Laundry (Wash, Dry, Fold): +$20/load
Hand Washing Dishes: +$25
Windows (Outside): +$20 per window
Windows (Inside): +$10 per window
Windows (Inside & Outside): +$25 per window
Inside Microwave: +$5
Inside Oven: +$25
Shampoo Carpets: +$50/room

5. Post-construction cleans:
(Bigger Jobs Require 2 or more cleaners)
2 cleaners-$80/hr
3 cleaners-$120/hr

Note- this pricing is for residential cleans only, an estimate must be done to get final pricing. For all other services, commercial and short-term rental, this pricing does not apply and an estimate must be done.
